Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) is an international comparative study that has been implemented by the Association for Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) since 1995. This proposed aimed to identify correlations science classroom teachings with eighth graders' achievement TIMSS among Southeast Asian East countries. The freely downloadable secondary data were analyzed using IEA's Database (IDB) Analyzer (version 4.0) TIMSS, a plug-in SPSS. uses imputation methodology, involving plausible values, report student performance. found countries higher average allocated percentage educational hours teaching, students taught topics, attended schools laboratories have assistance available when conducting experiments, computer availability during lessons, not limited needs, less frequency absences.
